LP problems, no furnace no water heater

I'm not sure about my theory if you can light the stove with a match - which means there is gas in the supply lines.
However, there is usually an 'interlock' that will not let gas flow unless the gas sensor is on and functioning.

Often, I turn mine off when unused for awhile - and if I forget to turn it on, NO GAS!! So, while I understand you have replaced some components, perhaps this check could be the problem.

what is your house battery voltage?

Fridge, WH & furnace require 12v power. Stove does not.

Your batteries may be charged, but did you check to see if you have 12 volts at the water heater and frig. Mice love to chew on those wires.

A quick check to see if batteries are connected properly is to disconnect from shore power and turn on your trailer ceiling lights. They are 12VDC and should come ON telling you the battery circuit is connected...

Perhaps you have a blown fuse in the battery cable side or maybe even a battery disconnect switch somewhere...

Yes, you'll have to make sure you have 12V in the 12V system. This is best done with a hand held meter. If your interior lights are bright, there is a good chance that you have a working 12V system.
The water heater will be the least problematic to start. There may be a switch inside to turn the water heater circuit board on. There may be a light with that switch to indicate that power is present at the switch. Make sure there is water inside the heater before trying to light.

If you are plugged in (20A source) then rig should have 12V DC via converter

Does fridge panel have lights on....does inside light come on?
If YES yo have DC power.

Turn on store top burners ALL of them on HIGH.
After prolong periods of idle propane appliances take several attempts to light off.
Propane flow is limited to 6-8 seconds thru gas valves (water heater, fridge, furnace) before power is dropped closing gas valves when no main flame is sensed.
So it can take many attempts to get propane flow thru-out the system

When you tried water heater.....were you out by it and watching/listening for spark firing ??? It should make a strong CLICK CLICK CLICK IF you have good DC voltage.

Electric element is below/behind gas valve under black cover
On/Off switch for electric is in lower left corner behind gas valve
Electric set of t-stats and propane set of t-stat under 'Push to Reset' cover above gas valve (120V AC for electric Left button-----12V DC for propane Right Button)/////////Push the Right 'reset' button to make sure HI temp t-stat is reset. No operation of propane if tripped....stops all DC at the t-stat

When you tried furnace did fan start/run?
If it didn't....DC Power?

Ok, wow. Lots of replies thank you all. Here I go with the responses. With the battery charged and the camper plugged into the house (20amp). All the lights work, the microwave comes on, the fan switch at the wall thermostat will operate the ceiling fan, the little green light illuminates down by my feet (I think that is a CO sensor). And the press to test battery will light up all four lights and the tanks show empty. That's what does work. What does not work: the water heater switch has a red light next to it that says reset, that does not come on or illuminate. The fridge has some lights on the top, I'll show a picture, those do not illuminate under any senecio of pushing in the on/off or electric/gas buttons and when I flip my t stat to furnace nothing happens. Also when I open fridge door no light comes on. I did locate the switch behind the burner at the water heater and I flipped to ON, it's was sold to me in the off position last Season. Switch was rather hard to move. No I didn't stand outside when I tried to cycle the water heater. I will today. What's the process, turn on the switch inside and run outside? I've also laid on the floor open the fuse panel, cycled all the breakers into the on position and checked all the fuses that are right there. Here is what I'm looking at

Gas burners are full on.


T stat control. Fan works and Hi low switch works when fan is ON but fan won't come on when turned to auto. Furnace/off/cool switch does nothing.


Water heater switch does nothing either. Is that light there supposed to come on?

And this thing is just sitting there. Can't get a reaction out of it
Filled with water prior starting to turn on. Checked by cracking the pressure relief
Vent and water came out.

On my water heater I was having an issue with it when that red light next to the switch did not come on. I wiggled the wire connections on the heater and then the green light on the control board at the water heater lit up. When it is green the red one inside comes on. I have since found a poor connection of a couple of wires that I fixed and works fine again.

I'm going to wiggle everything, although I do not see a control board for the water heater anywhere on my rig.
