The Marshall Model 254 auto changeover 2 stage.
210,000BTU capacity........approx. $38
Pulsating/chattering can be due to low demand, debris on disc/seat or clogging vent.
Swapping to other cylinder cleared the issue (valving out the cylinder and then slowly valving it back in probably would have worked also).
If regulator is maintaining proper pressure/flow, if no excessive smell of propane from vents (1st stage has a very small pin hole vent...2nd stage is larger/screened vent).....then why replace?
