Thanks for all the suggestions. Left side lug nuts are reverse threaded. DOH!!! The suggestion to use a jack stand to support the extension was primo.
I did get four loosened up by using a pipe wrench and 5 foot cheater bar on the end of truck wrench I broke pictured in original post then hit a wall. Broke the adjuster on the pipe wrench so got a bigger one. All I'm able to do is shave metal off the truck wrench. Guess I will have to wait for the Ken Tool truck wrench and breaker bar I ordered last night.
