Macerator pump not working???

I have spoken to Roadtrek and it seems that when I purchased it (two weeks ago) the pump was already broken, warranty department has stated that the blades probably broke off. I am in the process of getting the RV dealer to own up to the broken part originally. Now I have to get it repaired. I can say that at least Roadtrek acknowledged they will fix it. I am just concerned on how long I can keep holding the black water in the tank. I do have chemicals. I am praying it gets fixed by this Friday.
