There is nothing to cause the motor to run in reverse if you have not touched the system. What you probably have is the DIVIDER Gasket/Plate that separates the Intake from the exhaust has probably fallen over and you are getting the air mixed. Do you have the inside Plenum plate where you remove the Filter and you can see the evaporator? If so, right below the Evap between the Bottom of the upper unit and the filter housing there should be a fiber/gasket type rectangular piece to separate the intake and exhaust. Look at Page 9 where it states Duct Divider. Doug
