How does a Capacitor create torque

In A Capacitor current leads voltage so when voltage is applied it "Delays" the voltage to one winding for a second. this causes the two coils to be a tad out of phase so the remaining coil it pulled in one direction only.
you flip the windings the motor runs the other way.
