Look at the post above mine. See the Blue arrows and the Red arrows? Then look between those arrows. There HAS to be a separator Gasket between the bottom of the AC mount pan and (the blue evaporator) and the plastic screw up inside plastic mount plate you removed. Without that separator, the supply air is pulled/sucked right back up with the return air and you get that reverse effect which is really no force of air to the Interior of the RV. Doug
