Wow, thanks for all the quick responses!
We didn't have this problem for the first decade of using the MH, so wasn't leaning toward "it's working as designed" and following diagnostic protocol of looking first at what might have changed since the issue surfaced. Obviously the AC unit has aged and could have a failing component.
1. The water heater is gas only.
2. The fridge is on, good point! Will try setting it to gas only and retest.
3. The TV & Blu Ray were on, but the don't pull very much at all, however I'm running them on a Dimensions 300 watt inverter that is also hard wired to AC. (It passes through AC if available, then falls back to converting DC to AC if not on shore power or generator)
4. Yes the 12v converter is on and drawing power.
5. We also have a couple laptops plugged in and drawing some amps.
Will update as soon as I run some additional tests.
