Are you suggesting replacing it a second time? As mentioned in the original post and once since, I replaced the breaker last year which does no seemed to have improved the situation. It's cheap enough though that I can replace it again if there is any chance it's defective.

what I'd do is go to the trailer breaker panel and turn off all breakers but the 30A main, AC and microwave and see if the problem still exists. By code the AC and microwave must be on dedicated breakers with nothing else connected since they are high draw permanent installed devices.
If it still happens, then one or the other is drawing higher current than expected.
