Anyone who grid camps "all the time" ought to be protecting their rig with some version of surge protection device that includes over / under voltage protection and will shut down power to the rig anytime incoming voltage falls outside the accepted range, for whatever reason. If the OP did there'd be no need for this discussion in the first place. :S
