Main breaker trips with A/C and Microwave on.->RESOLVED

I think you've done a good job of troubleshooting and trying to isolate the problem. You should be able to run those two items on 30A at 115V. Something has changed. I'd be looking at the main power cord and connections within the RV.

Can you borrow someone else's power cord and give it a try?
