it could be pure Manual Labor, a crew of men pull it out into setup position
when it is delivered
suggest you contact a Mobile home (mfg housing) delivery moving service
and see what they know about it

IIRC those park models had 'Tip Outs' not slide outs
could be the whole thing tips up and back into the TT
NOT a slide
it would be towed to the site with the extra room inside
then it would be tipped aka unfold on the foundation blocks that hold it up, the carpet rolled out and details added
