Complaint: Does not stop as good as it normally does.

Fluid level not abnormal in the master cylinder which has a thick layer of Mississippi black mud on the bottom (?)
Please take it very slowly to a professional brake shop like suggested above. You risk the safety of others. Innocent drivers and passengers.
