I would suspect so, or maybe 60 to 92 or 93%? your guess is as good as mine. My thought process is this... if it's charging at 15.0V and the battery is getting 10 amps from the PSU, then it's really keeping and charging at a 5 amp rate. I base this on the 50% take rate once you get past 90 to 95% and battery resistance. The rest goes in to making a bit of heat. JMHO, nothing factual to back it up.
Most important, I am very, very happy with the Mega Watt S350-15 for my purposes and settings. It it manual, it's rough and tumble, and it flat out works in my dry camping applications. Key words, dry camping applications.
