Mean Well RSP-1500-15 Power Supply
I'll get to the point. Landyacht mentioned that this supply needs 17A. I don't see anything in a specs that mention this. Also, the specs say it's PF corrected. What am I missing? Thanks. Specs Me...

The 15 A version has an output power rating of 1500W.
1500/0.87 (efficiency rating) = 1724W in power.
1724W/0.95 (typical power factor) = 1815 VA input apparent power.
1815 VA/115 V = 15.78 amps, which is pretty close to the 17 A (typical) specification.
