The fan Hunt. Here is the Meanwell Provided fan:

This is the closest I can find, just one letter difference in part number.
04020VA-12P-AA
BA......vs.....AA
0.17a...vs...0.13a
?? cfm..vs..11.30CFM
??dB ...vs...34.6 dB
Guess I have to measure the current on the provided fan, see if it is indeed 0.17 Amp, or if that is just the start up surge.
34.6 db seems about right when it is running, but perhaps louder than this, anyway. Far too loud for me.
Wondering what cfm range I should shoot for in a larger replacement fan which I will mount on the steel lid sucking air through the unit. I'm thinking about 120MMx 25mm and 45 cfm for silence, for nearly silent running and cooler internals, and longer life.
I am not sure this larger higher cfm fan will keep the other fan from firing up and annoying me. I could find a slower quieter 40x20MM fan if it does still. I got one inside my fridge right now. 6.3 cfm and 0.03a.
Any markings on the transistors are obscured either by the grey flexible cases over them, or the threaded flat aluminum which pulls them tight to the case.
There is no seal on the casing, the thread locker is the only way They could know the unit was opened up. I want to get the 10 turn pot wired up, but it requires removing the circuit board. Guess I'm voiding the 3 year warranty with a bigger fan mounted on the case anyway, but the noise of the provided fan is intolerable for my intended usage.
If I can get the circuit board out cleanly and if those flexible grey transistor covers are not glued on, I'll try to get a look at them and anything written on them, but if they fight in the slightest, on they will stay and I will just get the 10 turn pot wired in. And take some more pics of the bottom of the circuit board and whatever else catches my fancy.
31 amp hours from full on the AGM. Now low enough for a good test.
What else can I turn on?...... test Might not happen tonight, or perhaps just a shorter one with a less thirsty battery.
Dang, Maybee I'll just stress test it now before I void the warranty.
