Great way for me to start off a morning LMAO.
Wish I could send my special piezo transducer to you. 52.5 kHz, sixteen watts with exponential directional horn and driver. I have set dogs to screaming at over a mile distance. It would make your feathered buddy suicidal within seconds. I aimed it at a cat chasing my favorite rodent (squirrel) and the hair stuck out on the cat. Brenda swears it makes her talavera dishes rattle (200 meters distant) The accidentally horizontal skyrocket trick with the dog had an eleven dollar firework detonate about 3 feet above the house of the owner of the dog. Jesus said the owner, Fito, thought the end of the world had come. Guess who had to pay for 2 cracked windows? Time? 0520 on a Sunday morning.
Now you can appreciate why my sarcasm got the best of me sometimes on this forum with regard to battery charging and some of the off-the-wall comments that had to be endured. A few people just do not realize or want to realize that it is the battery doing all the demanding. We battery owners are nothing more than frustrated galley slaves trying to find if rutabagas and ice cream, pickles and mayonnaise or whatever the hell else diet the electrochemical monsters demand.
I hope the new 31 lifeline is going to be satisfied with 60 amperes potential at 14.4 volts. Cause that's all it's gonna get for this trip. No shottky rectifier, it won't arrive in time. If the transistors start oscillating, I will have no choice but to put a 70 amp silicon rectifier on line in addition to the shottky. To reduce comments, yes the Lifeline will be floated at 13.2 volts.
