I thought some of you guys would bust a Nut seeing pics of 8 gauge tinned marine wire shoved into a place where only measly peasley Aluminum 12AWG resided before, and reports of much improved accuracy.
It appears than 89F is the threshold on the case exterior adjacent to the hottest largest transistors for the loud 40mm fan to switch on.
But there is another temp sender on an internal heatsink too that could effect that. Either way, it will be getting more ventilation in an attempt to keep the loud fan from coming on at all, up to 15 amps or so. Thats the goal anyway.
