The data sheet for the Meanwell lists a MTBF (usable life) of 187K hrs. when operated within it's range. If the capacitors are all 105C rated, it should last a loooong time.
Data sheet for NMB air mover At 9500 RPM, I bet that's a noisy sucker. The good news is that the rating is 11.3 CFM, that's in the range of a lot of fans.
I wonder if a hole towards the terminal side of the case, cut into the top, adjacent/above to the finned heatsink that is on the PCB, might get some interior temps down. Said hole could be filled with an additional fan to introduce air into the case.
Heck, there are a lot of extra steps a guy can take and many different ways to get better thermal characteristics. It will be interesting to see what you end up with and how it all turns out.
FWIW, I've stumbled on some efficient thermal dissipation helpers just by messing with case designs. For one type of case where 100W+ was being dissipated by four mosfets at idle, I found that establishing a .250" gap around the top plate of the case afforded a vent of 15 sq. in.. That was pretty elegant since the alternative was to cut vents in the top plate and that makes for a dust collector.
