Yeah my little MoPar connected to a voltmeter has regulation about as steady as a fart-in-a-whirlwind.
If I come across a good deal on a Honda or Robin Subaru 7-1/2 horsepower engine I might be tempted to attach a 270 ampere, ND hairpin alternator to it. External rectifier, converted to an adjustable volt reg, and parallel circuit ceramic 0-30 ohm 100 watt rheostat. The Kubota is just too expensive to operate casually to make AC to be converted to DC. Jesus told me at dinnertime that the transformer caught fire again and jumped off the power pole. We need a 40KW transformer for the neighborhood, not a 20. In that jungle I need inverse solar, when it's dark out the panels charge the batteries. Into the back of the Isuzu the empty drums go. Four hundred dollars worth of pesos.
I've got to get all this medical stuff marching. Get north and get sliced before Obola arrives.
