I saw today that my solar had no chance at bringing screwy 31 to 15.3v without help. About 90 f ambient when I fired up MW. 40mm fan came on about 10 minutes into providing 40.59 amps. Heatsinks resting on case got warm too despite minimal surface area contact.
Dont know at what amperage fan turned off. Somewhere above 22.
