Use a horn tweeter. Extremely directional. It'll have the effect of an atom bomb on your feathered friend. PS with enough db dogs do NOT bark, they cry and whimper. They run, they jump fences. Learned this after the 11 dollar skyrocket cracked windows incident. Down at home I play Dylan's Mr Tambourine man at 120 db pointed up the hill at 0900 to honor being kept up all night with the idiot's boom boom car stereo playing narco corridos. I hear curses and doors slamming between stanzas so I know it's working. Like using a crucifix on a vampire.
LOL... reminds me of 4 drunk guys showing up and setting up camp at 2AM Friday night/Saturday morning, and waking our whole camp up. A couple of nice words of "hey, could you guys keep it down, most of camp is trying to sleep" was met with indignity.
We were up at 6 AM making coffee, asking who wanted what for breakfast, and in general letting our presence be known that camp hours were now officially open. Next was firing up the Cummins Dodge diesel next to their tent, with the hood up on a cold motor, to check the oil just in case. Of course, the hood got slammed shut, and then when when we were all ready to leave, all the doors got slammed. We of course had trouble with getting the dog in the cab, so he got yelled at too.
When we got back from fishing at 1 pm on Saturday, our "neighbors" were gone, they'd cleaned up camp and left.
