Perhaps you need to find a real cheap used one of these - that's appearing in the fourth column from the left - and have it power about a 30 amp version of one of your power supplies. It'll be real easy on the ears (maybe the quietest portable generator in the world at it's full power) and sip about 0.5 gallons of regular gas to bring your batts up good enough in approximately 3.8 or slightly more hours (then let solar do the rest if you must have 100% SOC perfection each time):
