Measuring solar yield approaching winter solstice

I need to get a temporary setup on the RV roof to measure solar yield around the winter solstice. How deeply discharged will I need to get my 85 Ah battery so that it allows pretty full production ...

I have a watts up cumulative watt hour and amp hour meter that will be doing all the heavy lifting for me. It is a truly amazing tool for only $50. I will stop by the storage lot once a day to read and reset it.
