Measuring solar yield approaching winter solstice

I need to get a temporary setup on the RV roof to measure solar yield around the winter solstice. How deeply discharged will I need to get my 85 Ah battery so that it allows pretty full production ...

Once the sun went behind the trees with about 70 minutes of sunshine left, the amp hour count was up over 16.8 for the day. I expect the final tally to just break 17. Sun is still up here but not for long.

Amazing performance out of such a tiny 68w setup.
