No, that's not correct. Both have decreasing voltage with increasing temperature: -0.21% vs. -0.41%/C.
On the negative side, Unisolar has half the module efficiency (at rated irradiance) compared to Kyrocera. If space is an issue, then probably Unisolar is not a good fit.
