Measuring solar yield approaching winter solstice

I need to get a temporary setup on the RV roof to measure solar yield around the winter solstice. How deeply discharged will I need to get my 85 Ah battery so that it allows pretty full production ...

we have a nice clear sunny cool day.. today, with more bad weather expected
as of 12:30 pm 500+ whrs , 13.99 peak amps, currebt reading 13.66 amps

505w of unisolar framed panels mounted flat, bluesky 2000e contoller

expect wet cloudy weather on the 21st
