Medallion Information system

My information from the Medallion system is stuck on MAIN. Pressing any other button on the keypad has no effect. Is there a known issue that someone may have a solution I could try. I had been using VMSPC from the J1939 diagnostic port and thought that maybe this had interferred with the use of the Medallion panel. I disconnected the plug from the J1939 port and the keypad is still inoperable. Any ideas??
