NEED HELP BAD INTERNET NO DATA SHEET DOWNLOADS
Someone knowledgeable with data specs for rectifiers. I am trying to upgrade. The original SCHOTTKY RECTIFIERS in the Megawatt are 4 of the following part number
30CPQ100
This is the number I am considering:
60CPQ150
Fact: The below unit is rated 150V not 100V. So...
But that may be effected by an out of range vf (forward voltage drop)
Tried all night (Cellphone) and all day but cannot download or view any data sheets off any website. Frustration Plus.
The classic cannot download error message.
Can someone check for me? With the correct heatsink increase this DOUBLES the ampacity of the OEM Megawatt rectifiers. Love the higher voltage rating. Grave doubt about vf compatibility.
