One cap has the slightest bulge. A domed top. My ESR meter is in Michoacan. Will look at my other meters and see but 680uf is asking a lot. I used to hi-pot electrolytics at 110% then test at 1 hr 6 hrs for remaining voltage retention. Abstract but it worked. No gotta the hi pot. Sob. Diagnostics by WAG. Could not access service life at 105c for these caps. Some of the lower voltage Panasonics are 10K hours. I can only dream.
