Jim. Both big caps 4 schottky rectifiers and 1 bipolar test "not good enough". I do not trust a bipolar with a very low vf. Going TI brand on both Q1 and Q2. I am undecided about upgrading the full wave bridge rectifier to an 800 volt rated 25 ampere unit then bond it's butt to the underside of the case. In any event a second pusher fan is going to admit air right down atop the chokes and a higher CFM replacement fan will exhaust. A 10-turn pot for adjustment. This baby is going to get the ream-job of it's life. Why not just buy 10 off the shelf Megawatts? The customs inspector would say "One is permitted. Two is pushing it. Ten means the 400% import tax on it all". Plus I LOATHE stuff that blows up.
