Mercedes ditching diesels in North America
Here is a blurb about this. Is this meaning that Sprinters will be made with gasoline engines, or pulled out of the market completely?

Asking for 2000$ deposit on something that far down the road smells like Scam..
to recharge a car with a 500 mile range in a "few " minutes is NOT going to happen at your house. And even at a dedicated station the amount of power needed for that fast a charge is extremely high. Even 30 minutes requires a very high current draw from a 480V line.
