This Outfit might be able to help you in some way.
I've taken many small motors apart and been able to re-assemble MOST of them. Can you post a pic of the dismantled motor, those brushes, the springs, etc?
I've made little retaining clips out of paper clips, adapted ZIP ties, tied brushes in place with thread... Sometimes the manufacturer leaves a hole in each brush holder that lets you pin the brushes back till they're in place.
