Best thing is to monitor the voltage inside the RV when the air conditioner is running. Its specs have a minimum voltage of 103.5 at the air conditioner, so you've got to add a little padding to that, assuming you're measuring at one of the RV's outlets. I'd call 105 the absolute bottom, but more comfortable with 108. And you need to watch the voltage for maybe 30 minutes after the air conditioner starts because the power draw ramps up over time. Make sure the fridge and water heater are running on propane, and the battery isn't heavily discharged. My 15k runs on a 15 amp circuit just fine, through an extension cord. My outlet voltage is around 122, which is a plus factor.
