I have a parallax 7300 series power supply and have found my 2000 w Champion will not run the 1100 w microwave unless connected directly to the mw. Seems if the generator is connected directly to the trailer the m/w will overload the generator. The power supply is the only variable. So charging batteries and trying to run the m/w will trip the generator.
