Put something in the microwave last night (house, not RV) hit the button for three minutes and when I checked it, it was still cold. I noticed what I thought was a little bit different sound coming from the microwave. My question is, would it be worth it to call a repairman or are they pretty much like VCR's now? If it breaks you just toss it and buy another? Thanks. P.S. It's probably at least ten years old.

A new microwave would probably cost less than a basic service call, much less a repair.

Whirlpool & KitchenAid use to but for now it's just Panasonic

Been using ours for almost 2 yrs. Handy with the 'adjustable' power
