When we have to replace caps in a PC, we go up the highest voltage rating we can get that will fit into the location the bad cap came from without touching any other component.
Any cap that has a puffed up top should be replaced, but we just replace all of them, because they are going to go sooner or later.
We buy caps from a local parts store and/or MCM Electronics, online.
Heat kills the caps, so more cool air movement the better.
