Missing 2 channels on Dish pay as you go.

Do you have receiver set for HD only. Sometimes the dish will only see SD signals. Try tuning to the SD channel and not the Hd channel. Do you get any error code?

Are you sure that is the only two channels missing? There are 3 sats with channels scattered across them. Maybe you are not picking up one of the sats. Try the Dish chat line. Better than phone I think.

205 is not carried on the 110 bird, and only the 214 Hawaii and Puerto Rico spot beams are carried on 110. The 205 and 214 CONUS coverage is on 119 (SD) and 129 (HD) on the western arc.

Also, I believe that Tailgater only picks up the western arc satellites. That may or may not be a problem in upstate NY.

Here in MD, I get 205HD and 214HD on Sat 72 on the Eastern Arc. I get them in SD on 61.5

DirecTV you only need to get the 99/101/103 for all SD/HD channels.

Dish channels you may need the 61.5/72.7/110/119/129

The 205 & 214 are on the 119 satellite

With Dish, you only need to get one set of channels, either the western arc on 110, 119, and 129, or the eastern arc on 61.5, 72.7, and the usually not needed 77. Having the choice of arc sets increases the aiming options when traveling, but the OP's Tailgater only tunes the western arc sats.

And the OP is in NY so knowing what sats carry his missing channels in the East would possibly be of value.
