I ran a bank of 6 AGM's and 4 wet cell batteries as house batteries on a 2008 Allegro Bus for 4 years and never had a problem. I did have it set up so I could split the two battery banks, and I never needed to equalize either bank, but I used an inverter charging profile that was just about exactly between that needed for AGM's and flooded cell's. We did excessive boondocking and never had a bit of problem, but it was a bit of a complex setup to run.
