Mobile RV Tech Needed ASAP

Hi! 

My husband and I just bought a 2023 Fusion and already needing a mobile tech to come to our campground to work on the generator and converter as soon as possible. I keep calling the customer service number on the website and have been given the “mobile tech” number and was also told it is a new number they give out to customers which is: 904 585 2857. We have called this number several times and no answer. We have an Elite Membership with GS and just trying to figure this out as soon as possible but keep getting the same runaround when we call the customer service number. Does anyone have a different number they use to contact a mobile rv tech for GS? Thank you!
