In 2012 our 5er had a 2000w MSW (Vector--the red one) and a 1000w PSW on the same battery bank (four 6s), with a 100a converter/charger (the PowerMax shown below the inverters). Had a 3000w Honda gen to run the charger.
You will need six 6s IMO to run those two medical equipments all night. EDIT--plus the rest of your 12v needs. Some solar would help with AHs too.
Here is a good quality 1000w PSW inverter for a decent price. We have the 2000w version in the sig rig. (There are other brands of course, but I know this one works based on how ours does)
