You could do it as an experiment, but I don't think you would gain back 40 watts. If you still had two wiring paths from the roof you could try various combinations.
Part of the losses may be the different voltage from the different makes of panels. I do not remember the maximum voltage that the Blue Sky can accept.
I suspect the Uni-Solar panels (but do not know) would produce some power before the others. A simple voltage test may show that up, or else a temporary run of a wire to a charge controller with one of the lovely ammeters.
I am a long ways north of you and my panels started doing 0.1 amp at 8:30 on Saturday. By 9 they were doing 1.0 amp. The battery bank was NOT hungry, so I can't list a maximum output number.
