I have only ONE desulfator unit, it is attached to the (4) 6v GC's that are my main bank, it has been on them since i installed those batteries in Oct 2010, approx 7 months
I think its doing what I wanted it to do , keep the plates from sulfating from the constant discharge-recharge cycles, because we full time, the batteries only get fully charged or near too it, "once a week" and never allowed much resting time
my statement about size, was simple, if batteries are allowed to become sulfated, ( already several years old and not taking/holding charge ) this small unit is going to take a very long time to de-sulfate them, rejuvenate them
for RV batteries that are Badly sulfated, its going to be ONE battery at a time, in the garage for a week or two or more PER BATTERY
while connected to another charge source
they sell them in multiples so you can place one each per vehicle
car, truck, boat etc..
there are bigger heavier units available from other sellers use by off grid solar home owners, for reconditioning batteries
it is a slow process, but according to 'testimonies' and web quotes, it works
I did use this one to get a non-working motorcycle battery accepting a charge, but that battery was only 12amp hrs maybe less

I was just reading a few pages of this extensive topic. I came across your mentioning of the infinitum and it piqued my curiosity. I saw where you said it works great on a single battery but would take much longer on a battery bank of 200 or 400 AH. I noticed that they sell the desulfators in multiples and wondered whether they did so because it was necessary to have one for each battery in the bank. For my edification, what size battery bank do you have?...how many of these infinitum gizmos do you have hooked up?....do you need one for each individual battery?....do they work on 6VDC as well as 12VDC batteries?
You sound as though you are satisfied with the product.
