panels are rated by system voltage, not output voltage
my 12v panels have an OC 21+v a working v of 17+
15v*6a=90w 12v system, 17v*6a=102w 12v system, you can use high voltage panels IF you have a controller that can handle the input voltage and reduce the V and increase the A, MPPT controller and 36v panels used in a 24v system ?
the panel in the above link has a 36.7v Open Circuit Voltage and
a power/working voltage of 29.4v , max 7.65amps, could be used with a PWM controller on a 24v system
but with the right MPPT controller the output would be 15.3amps at 14.7v output for a 12v system
its like stacking (2) smaller panels in ONE frame for a SERIES connection
