today being bright and sunny, I took one of the recently purcashed panels out side
propped it up against a chair VOC=22.18. Short Circuit amps =3.11 , spec rating is 3.17
since I wanted to attempt adjusting the "battery minder" solar controller that I have been using as a chassis battery maintainer/trick l start, I connected it to the panel and too the starting batteries
I got 2.5 amps charge going to the start batteries, spec is 2.54 amps
I'm happy! these panels pass muster and will make a nice addition to what we have

yes i know the meter shows 2.3amps
I took the pictures after i was done adjusting and testing
i did leave the panel hooked up until the charge rate dropped to 1.1 amps thats when i disconnected and put things away
