i've been LUCKY, to find these batches of compatible panels
all from unisloar all the same voltage but at different amps & watts
almost 19 months in the doing, sept 25 2010 to april 2012
when i started i could NOT have just plunked down cash for for 360w of thin film panels and (2) working controllers
even opting to buy $2watt items would have meant large wattage high voltage panels and a new high $$ controller
panels are down to a $1 a watt but you still get nailed needing a pricey MPPT controller
although those cynergy panels in another thread did tempt me, but they were a week too late, i had already bought these
buying peace meal over time I have about $900 invested in 9 panels and (2) quality controllers, the 2000e installed and the C40 as backup
sometime during the summer i might swap controllers just to get a performance comparison
