Mr Wiz is out of roof real estate. We did the stacking panels thing with panels going out in all directions like jack-knife blades. Now is the time for my latest invention.
You buy several of those thin panels that come rolled up, but instead of un-rolling them and gluing them down, you just attach them at one end sideways along your roof line and leave them rolled up.
On arrival at the camping spot, you deploy your awning and then release all those rolled up solar panels to un-roll down your awning.
Now I need to invent a roll-up mechanism for the panels so you can then roll up your awning on departure.
Or buy the longest enclosed trailer you can tow. Car inside, solar on roof, pop out solar slides on 4 sides, at least 4 wind turbines and a very large solar tracker.
You're set to go anywhere, plug in and power your S&B house and BBQ under the pop out slides. :B
