Mounting inverter in close proximity to AGM batteries

I'm mounting a 2000W Xantrex inverter in my Pleasureway Excel. By far the most practical place to put it is next to my 4 AGM batteries. That's where the transfer switch is and all the other wiring. ...

Mine is mounted right next to the AGM batteries. No issues, and won't be either.. As others have said, AGM won't gas unless you've done something really wrong.
