Mounting inverter in close proximity to AGM batteries

I'm mounting a 2000W Xantrex inverter in my Pleasureway Excel. By far the most practical place to put it is next to my 4 AGM batteries. That's where the transfer switch is and all the other wiring. ...

What sort of noise does your Magnum make? I've never noticed mine making any noise except while high-rate charging or discharging (cooling fans)... neither are things that occur while I'm using the bed.
