Mounting your Generator
Has anyone mounted their generator in the front storage compartment of their 5er? How hard would it be to safely modify the compartment? trying to decide where the best place for it is.

There are boxes made from galvanized steel, and vented doors made for this purpose. A gen set in a fifth wheel is very handy.
Care must be taken to see that the exhaust is vented properly. What kind of gen are you thinking about? Gas, propane?
